Fran and Mustard have abandoned the attempt and were evacuated from the Ice-Cap yesterday. While using the kites to make good progress, Fran took a bad crash and damaged his knee. According to their latest podcast, the knee wasn’t damaged too badly, but enough to have to call off the expedition. Fran is getting some medical checks today on his knee and they’re making travel plans to return home.
