Cook-box Construction.

A big thanks to Bernard Middleton and Mick Middleton for building the special expedition cook-box.

Following designs and input from Fran and Mustard, Frans father and uncle have produced a box which houses the stove permanently ‘rigged up’, for making life easier on the ice-cap.

The idea is, as soon as the tent is up at the end of the day, the box is simply lifted out of the pulk, opened and the stove  lit quickly for the first brew! It also keeps the very important stove and pump and fuel bottle from sustaining damage during the bouncing whilst  kiting along
