2007

In 2007 Matt Franzke and Mustard Robley skied and walked almost 600 km’s across Greenland from the east to west coast. The trip lasted for 27 days and was a huge inspiration for the 2010 expedition. The aim of the 2007 trip was to celebrate 100 years of the scout movement (as both Matt and Mustard had been the Programme Directors at the world scout centre in Switzerland) and to help raise funds and awareness for the Phoenix Project. The Phoenix Project was set up by the Scouts of Lebanon with the aim of helping to rebuild areas affected from the 2006 bombings. Thanks to all those who helped and supported our expedition.
